3. Delivery Method
All current services are delivered digitally. No physical goods or shipment are provided, so physical delivery fields do not apply.
The delivery date is stated in the approved proposal or agreement. Delivery may take place by email, client portal, hosting account, or another agreed digital channel.
- Missing client content, approvals, or access details can affect the delivery date.
- Scope changes and third-party service outages can change the delivery plan.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Each request is assessed against completed work, delivered outputs, expenses, the agreement, and mandatory consumer rights. The refund amount is determined accordingly.
An approved refund is sent through iyzico to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the bank and card issuer.
The application of withdrawal rights and rules for digital content or services that have started must be assessed according to the transaction type and applicable law.
5. Failed or Reversed Payments
A failed, cancelled, or reversed payment is not treated as completed. Delivery or service start may be postponed until payment is completed.
