2. Subject
This agreement sets out the main terms for the buyer's remote purchase of approved digital services provided directly by ilkkod.
The exact scope, delivery plan, and client responsibilities are defined in the relevant proposal, project scope, or separately signed written agreement.
3. Service Type
Products and services provided by ilkkod include web design and development, SEO, content, integrations, consulting, maintenance, software, platforms, subscriptions, and similar digital solutions. No physical goods or shipping are provided.
4. Price, Taxes, and Payment
The service fee, any discount, applicable tax information, and total amount are shown before payment in the proposal, invoice, or order summary.
VAT rate is 20%, and the total amount is shown clearly before payment.
The payment currency is Turkish lira.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital. The delivery date is stated in the proposal or agreement after considering scope, client approvals, content, and access details.
- Email, client portal, hosting account, or another agreed digital channel may be used.
- Delayed client content or approvals can affect delivery timing.
- Physical delivery and shipping information do not apply.
6. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. Whether withdrawal rights apply must be assessed according to the buyer's status, service type, whether performance has started, and the consents obtained during the transaction.
Project cancellation requests are received in writing. Completed work, delivered outputs, expenses, the agreement, and mandatory consumer rights are considered; the refund amount is determined accordingly.
Approved refunds are sent through iyzico to the original payment method. Bank or card-issuer processing times may also apply.
Withdrawal rights and digital-service exceptions are applied according to the information presented during the transaction and applicable consumer law; relevant statutory exceptions are considered when performance starts or digital content is supplied.
7. Intellectual Property and Third Parties
Ownership and usage rights for delivered outputs are stated in the proposal or written project agreement. Third-party libraries, software, fonts, imagery, hosting, and SaaS services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
8. Personal Data
Personal data processed during payment, communication, and contracting is handled with reference to the Privacy Policy and relevant notices.
9. Disputes and Effective Date
The parties first try to resolve disputes through written communication. Mandatory consumer application rights remain reserved.
Disputes are resolved before the competent authorities under applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer application rights.
This agreement is applied through the final version approved by the seller and aligned with applicable law.
